Here you'll find information we've gathered and cultivated over the last 12 years of specialized experience in race recovery operations using telehandlers in the United States. By clicking through the menus on the top you'll find photos, racing resumes of the core leadership team, and a form to show interest should you want to join the team in the future.

In 2012 the Circuit of the Americas Formula 1 race track hosted it's first Formula 1 race. Every year since we have planned, trained and created SOPs for those races to recover and transport these highly refined race cars when they are damaged, disabled or unable to operate under their own power.

In May of 2022, The Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida was transformed into the Miami International Autodrome and they hosted their inaugural Formula 1 race. We were able to provide them with a team of expert operators and were onsite providing the necessary recovery services. And in 2023 we were fortunate enough to to begin to handle Formula 1 recovery for all three races in the United States.

While we have a team of experienced telehandler operators with extensive race recovery experience we are always looking for new talent. Feel free to peruse this site and fill out our interest form if you are so inclined.

OUR TEAM - OUR EXPERTS

James Morales

High Lift Chief/Lead Operator
James has over 20 years operating experience with various types of equipment and over 12 years experience with race recovery and operations.
He currently serves multiple positions at multiple tracks including Lead Operator at the Circuit of the Americas for the US Grand Prix, where he heads up training between operators and intervention marshals and manages the operators while on track.
He is also the High Lift Chief for the Miami Grand Prix; there his responsibility extends to sourcing operators, training the personal and organizing travel to the race, along with equipment set up and hot track operations and personnel management.
He leads his teams with a mind to training and development and with a passion for feeding his teams racing souls. James takes pride in taking care of his operators, and his team. Racing and operating a high lift is has become so ingrained in his life that his wife and daughters are now involved and what started as a hobby and a passion is now family vacation time. The people he meets while doing this work become their extended racing family and James wouldn't have it any other way.

Crystal Morales

High Lift Coordinator/Operations Manager
Crystal has worked in people and operations management for the last 14 years and has worked alongside James since the start behind the scenes organizing, managing and coordinating team operations where needed.
Crystal is a key part of the team providing support and administration around sourcing the necessary operators, communicating with stakeholders, personnel management, travel arrangements and doing the administration and project management necessary for an endeavor of the size of each of these events.
During race events you can usually find her with a clipboard in her hand and a radio in her ear doing whatever necessary to assist the team. If an email needs to be sent or data needs to be tracked it's definitely going to come from her.

Sabrina Morales

Deputy Highlift Cheif
Sabrina or Bee is second generation race recovery and got her love of racing and race logistics from her parents. She's an integral part of the team and learning more about the business of race recovery every day. She's the team's helping hand and right hand when it comes to administrative and/hands on support. She's also the right hand and deputy cheif for the team.
Bee is dedicated and detail oriented. She can often be found with a smile on her face and a positive outlook. She is likely to be the gopher or behind the wheel of a golf cart or UTV handling equipment during prep and load-out.
