The Springdale

The Springdale is a 2020 Keystone Springdale East260BH and is a well cared for model that features a rear bunk room with east-to-west bunk configuration includes open-space concept rear living with both a jack-knife sofa, u-dinette, and private front-end bedroom. The Springdale features a u-dinette plus and extra-large 11 cu. ft. refer an entertainment center area and kitchen. The front bedroom comes with a walk-around RV queen bed and hidden storage. The unit is like new and rents with pots and pans, knives and cooking utensils, grilling utensils, an outdoor grill and refrigerator, flatware, dishes and cups for 4, mugs, a small coffee maker and filters, towels for 4 and linens for all three beds for no additional charge.

This camper is in great, like-new condition. It features an east-west rear bunk room configuration and an open-space concept rear living with u-dinette (which converts to a bed), and private front-end queen bedroom. The kitchen features an extra-large 11 cu. ft. refer and plenty of counter space for prep. The front bedroom comes with a walk-around queen bed and hidden storage and closets on either side of the bed. It can comfortably sleep 4 people.  

All of our rentals come with pots and pans, cooking utensils, knives, mixing bowls, dishes, flatware and towels for 4 people.  There is bedding included at no additional charge for each of the permanent beds in the unit (including pillows).   A small coffee pot and filters are also provided and the refer will contain bottles of water.   Delivery and set up with applicable fees.  

No smoking is allowed inside the unit.  No pets are allowed in this unit at all. 

Daily Rate (Rental Begins at 11 AM and Ceases at 3 PM) 

Daily rate will range from $150-$175.00 depending on the season.  Peak pricing may apply. 

Required Fees

Pre & post disinfectant wipe down, supplies

$50 One Time Fee

Unit will be fully disinfected pre and post rental, supplies for disinfecting will be provided in the rental..

Delivery Fee (Unless Peak Pricing)

$100 for the first 20 miles roundtrip and 3.00 per mile thereafter. 

Unit will be delivered and set up on site for each rental and delivery is calculated on round trip mileage.

Fresh Water Fill

$40 One Time Fee

Fill the Water Tank for locations where "city water" connection is not accessible. 

Post Dry Camping Dump

$50 One Time Fee

Dump the tanks where "full hook-up" connection is not accessible. 

Water Filter

$10 One Time Fee

We can provide a water filter to you for your use, however, it is not typically necessary as ingesting the water from the tap of an RV is highly inadvisable. 

3500 Watt SuperQuiet Generator

$50 Per Night Fee

Generator will be full of fuel (2.5 gallons) and will run the entirety of this camper at 30 Amp output. Noise rated at 58dB at 10 feet (well under conversation level). It will use about 5 gallons of fuel every 7 hours. Bring your own or can purchase.
